We strive to help people eat more sustainably, exploring fermentation to create new and delicious products. Tempeh available from organic food outlets is often made and packaged more than 1-2 months prior to being purchased - which has damaged its reputation as something to be enjoyed. But tempeh is by far at its best fresh after being grown. Wilder Foods source responsibly farmed Australian produce to create our unique blends then grow our tempeh fresh every week – for a range of flavoursome products high in protein, prebiotic fibre and micronutrients. We also love to use Japanese koji fermentation methods to create new miso-based seasoning products and delicious condiments. We’re particularly proud of our applewood-smoked tempeh burger which brings together smoke, tempeh and koji fermentation into one delicious plantbased burger, as well as our culinary misos.
At our farmer’s market days we have all our healthy packaged treats as well as a small hot food menu and product samples!
