I am Sarah, a chef with a passion for creating food that makes everyday meals exciting. After years in the kitchen, I wanted to take the bold, balanced flavours I love and share them outside the restaurant. That’s how Sammy and Bea was born.
Every product in the range is crafted with the same care and attention I’d put into a dish for my own table. From small-batch sauces, hot honey and cowboy candy to nourishing quick meals, my focus is always on quality ingredients, slow methods, and flavour that truly elevates food.
