Hi-Fye Pistachios

Hi-Fye Pistachios are grown by the charismatic Fye Wan and his partner Judy Lorraine in Wedderburn. They are passionate growers and a caretaker of rare varieties such as the Larnaka from Cyprus. In total they grow 28 different varieties!

They can be found at Flemington on the 3rd Sunday of the month when in season.
