Johnny Foster grows a range of produce, including garlic, potatoes, pumpkin and shallots on alluvial flats formed by the Wild Dog Creek in the Strath Creek Valley, often referred to as “The Valley of a Thousand Hills”. It is this location and climate that results in the unique flavour of our produce.
We use only traditional, non chemical methods. All our inputs are natural and organic. We believe that only by feeding the soil can we feed ourselves.
