This Swedish Baker came to Australia’s shores a decade ago, working in the events and catering industry. When the COVID-19 pandemic decimated the arts and entertainment sector, Geeti returned to her true passion; baking. Through farmers markets and home deliveries, she was also able to sustain the employment of three young catering staff. With a passion for family and community, the Inner West Swedish Baker’s artisan bread, catering, savoury and sweet baked goods bring authentic rustic fare and FIKA to Melbourne.
